We are currentlyseekingaskilled and dependable Maintenance Technicianto helpmaintain a 62-unit apartment community in Diamond Springs, CA.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values creating a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.

Experience withgeneral building maintenance and landscapingis preferred, and experience withaffordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD)is a plus.

WhatYoullDo As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include: Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner Performinggeneral maintenance tasksincluding painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Assistingwithpreventative maintenanceto ensure building systemsremainin good working condition Maintaining thegrounds and landscapingto support strong curb appeal Assistingwithannual apartment inspectionsandidentifyingmaintenance needs Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff Reporting lease or house rule violations when observed Responding appropriately toemergency maintenance situations Following company policies and procedures WhatWereLooking For Werelooking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed tomaintaininghigh property standards.

Qualifications & Skills Good communicationand interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively with residents, vendors, and team members Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Work Order Ticketing System) Professionalism and strong listening skills Experience with subsidized housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is helpful General building maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting General groundskeeping and landscaping experience Basic Requirements Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Access to apersonal smartphonewith email, messaging, and app functionality (usage reimbursed) Valid drivers licenserequired This position requires the ability tooperatea motor vehicle as an essential function of the job.
