Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Sunnyvale, CA.

Position Overview



* Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift


* Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)


* Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities



* Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.


* Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to physicians and families.


* Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation (EMR).


* Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.


* Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications



* Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Current BLS/CPR certification.


* Previous experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.


* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.


* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
