Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Lead Technical Architect, you will lead the architecture and delivery of strategic healthcare technology initiatives spanning real-time data platforms and enterprise AI/ML solutions.

You will guide end-to-end technical design from proof of concept through production, architect scalable cloud-native systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-impact solutions under tight timelines.

This role requires deep cloud architecture experience, strong hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to adapt solutions as business and client requirements evolve.


* Lead architecture and delivery of strategic healthcare data and AI/ML initiatives, including real-time health record access and retrieval capabilities.


* Design scalable, event-driven data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.


* Architect and guide enterprise AI/ML solution delivery, including solution design, deployment considerations, and integration into cloud-native platforms.


* Own end-to-end technical design from proof of concept through production, including architecture decisions, integration patterns, and nonfunctional requirements.


* Serve as Tech Lead and Architect across a team of engineers, setting technical direction, design standards, and quality expectations.


* Build and oversee RESTful microservices in Python/FastAPI to expose healthcare data and support downstream application and AI use cases.


* Partner with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to align architecture with business goals, delivery timelines, and rapidly changing requirements.


* Drive cross-functional coordination to manage dependencies, risks, and technical trade-offs while maintaining momentum toward production delivery.



* Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management


* Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
