Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Desert Springs Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and customer-service-oriented Hospitality Aide to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

As a Hospitality Aide, you will provide non-clinical support to residents and assist the nursing team with tasks that enhance resident comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Responsibilities


* Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the facility.


* Deliver water, snacks, meals, and other comfort items as requested.


* Assist residents with non-clinical needs and daily comfort measures.


* Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining areas.


* Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.


* Restock supplies throughout the facility.


* Assist with resident engagement and social activities.


* Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff.


* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.


* Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks as assigned.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


* Previous customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus.


* Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


* Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.


* Ability to push, pull, lift, and move supplies as needed.
