Manufacturing Quality Assurance Supervisor

What will you do?


* Drive quality assurance programs across manufacturing sites to minimize risk and enhance product reliability


* Lead process audits and continuous improvement initiatives to embed a strong quality culture


* Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines and process changes to ensure compliance and safety


* Partner with procurement quality to resolve supplier-related manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions

What are the key skills we are looking for?


* Quality Management Systems - advanced level; implementing and maintaining QMS frameworks across manufacturing operations


* Process Auditing - advanced level; conducting thorough audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions


* PFMEA - advanced level; leading failure mode analysis to mitigate manufacturing risks


* Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution - advanced level; ensuring end-to-end quality across production and supply chain


* Problem Solving - advanced level; resolving complex quality issues with root cause analysis


* Quality Strategy - expert level; defining and executing strategic quality initiatives aligned with business goals


* People Management - intermediate level; coaching and developing team members to achieve operational excellence


* Regulatory Compliance - intermediate level; ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
