Services Order Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage service orders accurately and efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
* Handle order management activities related to booking, invoicing, and order fulfillment processes.
* Review customer orders and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
* Coordinate with customers, sales teams, operations, and other stakeholders regarding order-related concerns and updates.
* Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues that may impact processing timelines.
* Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other business systems.
* Investigate and address order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Support month-end activities and manage increased workload during peak periods.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required
* Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Order Management, Service Order Processing, or related functions.
* Experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Background in BPO, Shared Services, Operations, or similar business support functions.
* Hands-on experience using: Salesforce (CRM), SAP or Oracle (ERP)
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
