Room Attendant/Laundry

* Clean and reset guest rooms following property standards


* Make beds, change linens, and replace towels


* Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors


* Clean bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors


* Replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, paper products)


* Empty trash and recycling


* Report maintenance issues (lights, HVAC, plumbing, furniture)


* Follow safety and sanitation guidelines


* Ensure lost & found items are handled according to policy


* Sort dirty linens and terry by type


* Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely


* Load/unload machines and monitor chemical levels


* Fold, stack, and organize clean linens


* Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage


* Treat stains and rewash items as needed


* Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment


* Track linen inventory and report shortages


* Deliver clean linens to housekeeping closets or carts
