What you’ll be doing


* Identify, engage, and win new customers—growing profitable sales across your portfolio


* Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions


* Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing and onboarding


* Collaborate with operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless customer implementation


* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems


* Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders


* Drive retention and growth within existing customer accounts

What you’ll bring


* Proven experience in international freight forwarding / shipping sales (essential)


* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills


* Confidence to communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
