DESCRIPTION

Michael Baker International is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our National Federal Planning Practice.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting high-profile projects for federal clients-including the Army, Air Force, Navy, and U.S.

Marine Corps.

You'll interface with a passionate team of planners and project managers, contribute to meaningful work that shapes military installations and communities, and grow your career in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Project Support


* Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to project teams.


* Help plan, track, and update project schedules, action items, and key milestones.


* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.


* Maintain project documentation, files, and reporting tools to ensure information is accurate and up to date.


* Support communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep projects moving forward.

Proposal Support


* Coordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, and internal reviews to support on-time submission.


* Assist with compiling proposal content, including resumes, project descriptions, and required forms.


* Support proposal production by formatting documents, creating templates, and preparing final files for submission.


* Perform QA/QC on proposal documents for formatting, branding, compliance, and overall consistency.


* Help track action items and coordinate input from technical staff, project managers, and leadership.
