As a Consulting Associate, Environmental Construction (DDD), you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact remediation, demolition, decommissioning, and construction management projects for clients in the oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, and power sectors.

What Your Impact Is
In this role, you will:
* Support and oversee field activities to ensure safe, high-quality project execution.
* Develop bid packages, engineering cost estimates, and construction oversight plans for complex environmental and DDD projects.
* Serve as a trusted on-site leader, coordinating contractors, managing schedules, problem‑solving in real time, and ensuring seamless communication between field crews and project managers.
* Contribute technical expertise that drives successful project outcomes and builds strong, lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
Or equivalent experience.
* 1–3 years of experience in environmental engineering or construction management consulting.
* Experience working on construction or remediation sites (DDD experience preferred).
* Proven ability to prepare and implement work plans, support field programs, and contribute to report writing.
* Strong commitment to safety; OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER required.
* Ability to estimate, track, and manage project costs and documentation; familiarity with cost estimating tools.
* Strong communication, organizational, and client‑service skills.
* Experience overseeing subcontractors and supporting field execution.
* Ability to coordinate site personnel, contractors, and vendors.
* Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate for field assignments across the U.S., as needed.
* This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred:
* Experience specifically in demolition, decontamination, and decommissioning (DDD) oversight.
* Background supporting construction management or environmental remediation from design through execution.
* Familiarity with reviewing contractor submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
