Position: Nursing Scheduler - Full Time
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday Generally (Hours can vary at times including nights and weekends)

Pay: Depending On Experience

Experience:


* Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with scheduling experience preferred but not required


* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.


* At least two years secretarial experience (preferred).


* Must be organized and present a professional appearance.

Nursing Scheduler Position Highlights:


* Create nursing department schedule


* Schedule interviews.


* Maintain and audit personnel file.


* Tabulate hours worked by nursing staff for each pay period.


* Perform staffing meeting daily with nursing managers.
