Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the NOC shift.

Pay Range:
$29-$32 per hour, DOE

Shift Available:


* NOC Shift

What You'll Be Doing:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately


* Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition


* Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care


* Support and guide CNAs to maintain safe and effective overnight care


* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies

What We're Looking For:


* Current LVN license in good standing


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong assessment skills and attention to detail


* Reliable, calm, and team-oriented approach—especially during overnight hours
