What You'll Do as an LVN

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Willow Springs, you'll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents heal, thrive, and feel at home.

Your day-to-day will include:


* Administering medications and treatments with precision and care


* Managing acute and chronic conditions


* Supervising CNAs and supporting team collaboration


* Documenting patient care using our electronic system


* Communicating clearly with residents, families, and fellow staff
