Your Job

Molex is looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Lincoln Automation Team.

This position involves working within an innovative and globally collaborative team located at Molex's Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing plant.

You will be developing and troubleshooting advanced assembly processes for our transportation solutions division.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and bring a diverse set of experiences.

What You Will Do


* Debug tooling and machine function


* Being involved in the concept of machines and products


* Understand operator, maintenance, and production needs in order to innovate new processes and procedures


* Develop an understanding of advanced manufacturing processes


* Visit vendors and global manufacturing facilities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Associates degree in Engineering or other post-secondary education/trade school


* 3 years of industry experience with automated manufacturing equipment


* Proficient in CAD


* Availability for 20-30% Travel Domestically and Internationally

What Will Put You Ahead


* Machine design experience
