As an EMC & Product Compliance Engineer, you will serve as the lead for the electromagnetic compatibility validation and regulatory certification across advanced automotive antenna systems.
You will lead validation strategy, drive global homologation efforts, and act as the primary technical interface for OEM and regulatory compliance matters.
This role offers high visibility across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams, with direct impact on vehicle program launches.

What You Will Do
EMC Validation Leadership
* Lead EMC testing and troubleshooting of automotive antenna and RF systems.
* Conduct antenna characterization including far-field gain, radiation patterns, impedance, and LNA performance validation.
* Develop and execute DV and PV validation test plans aligned with OEM milestones.
* Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure validation readiness.
* Identify root causes of EMC failures and drive corrective actions with design teams.
* Review lab reports and present validation results to internal stakeholders and OEM customers.
Regulatory & Certification Ownership
* Serve as the primary technical contact for regulatory certification processes including RED (CE) and E-Mark.
* Interpret global regulatory standards and ensure compliance with OEM and international requirements.
* Prepare and manage certification documentation including technical files, declarations of conformity, and compliance matrices.
* Coordinate with external accredited labs for certification-related testing.
* Monitor regulatory updates and communicate design impacts proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Support End-of-Line (EOL) test engineering with hardware and software validation processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
* Foundational understanding of electrical engineering concepts such as circuits, electromagnetics, or signals, gained through coursework, labs, projects, or internships
