Dermatology Supervisor

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift.

Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

We are seeking a Dermatology Supervisor to:



* Supervise the daily operations of the department.


* Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions.


* Recommend and implement guidelines and workflows for the department.

Qualifications


* High School Diploma Or equivalent Required


* Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensure as an LPN
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other relevant field Preferred

Work Experience


* 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in a health care related field Required


* Supervisory experience in health care clinic operations Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA or eligible for certification Preferred
