Context :

Within the Industrial Automation business unit, our Strategy team plays a key role in accelerating our growth and transforming our industries.

You will join the Strategy team attached to the Industrial Controls & Drives (IC&D) Line of Business, which is responsible for developing industrial control and variable speed drive offers-key solutions that shape the future of industrial automation and support the decarbonization journey of our customers.

Your missions :

Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, you will contribute to the following activities:


* Support market and competitive intelligence by analyzing key trends, technological innovations, and the movements of players in the IC&D market;


* Prepare concise analyses and occasionally conduct in-depth studies on selected competitors;


* Contribute to the annual IC&D market study campaigns in collaboration with Global and Country Offer Management teams;


* Update and enrich internal intelligence tools, contribute to the competitive newsletter, and share insights through webinars with internal teams;


* Support strategic projects and studies (positioning, segmentation, market sizing, attractiveness assessments) to guide the development of new offers.

Duration: 4-6 months (Gap year or End-of-studies internship)

Your profile :


* Master's degree student (BAC+5) from a top engineering or business school


* Strong command of English (international environment)


* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experience with data analytics tools (Power BI)

Required Skills :


* Ability to research, filter, and synthesize complex information


* Experience in analyzing market, financial, or technological data


* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


* Strong analytical and synthesis skills


* Ability to collaborate with various teams (strategy, marketing, R&D, sales)


* Willingness to learn in a multicultural environment and demonstrate proactiveness
