WEB Experience Specialist

What will you do?

As a Web Experience Specialist within the Digital Customer Experience team, you will play a key role in shaping Schneider Electric's unified public digital experience.

Your mission is to implement the web strategy for the Digital Energy business, ensuring that customers and partners can seamlessly access tailored services and content.

Key Responsibilities:


* Execute the web strategy defined for Digital Energy in alignment with global digital experience goals.


* Coordinate with Marketing leader, product owners, and country stakeholders to build a prioritized backlog and deliver high-quality digital experiences.


* Design, build, and maintain web pages related to offers, solutions, segments, and channels ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and digital experience standards, including SEO best practices


* Ensure web content is optimized for localization and activation by country teams.


* Monitor performance and user engagement to continuously improve web content and structure.


* Work with related brand guidelines, digital experience standards and SEO owners for any evolution and improvement

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Proven experience in web content management, digital marketing, or UX/UI design.


* Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, etc ...


* SEO expertise.


* Excellent project management and communication skills.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.


* Excellent level in English
