Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute
Pay Range: $17.48 per hour, DOE

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our culinary team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and enjoys supporting residents through quality meal service and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas


* Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and cookware


* Monitor and document dish machine temperatures to ensure sanitation standards are met


* Prepare breakfast trays and fresh juices for residents


* Serve meals in a courteous, respectful, and compassionate manner


* Assist with food preparation tasks such as buttering bread, pouring beverages, and plating snacks


* Remove trash and maintain sanitation throughout the department


* Sweep, mop, and assist with stocking groceries and supplies


* Observe residents during meal service and report any concerns to supervisory staff
