Job Description:

Key Responsibilities



* Lead GEMBA walks and identify process improvements to enhance operational excellence.


* Motivate and manage operators to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.


* Keep accurate records of production data, training logs, and machine maintenance.


* Communicate progress and challenges effectively with upper management.


* Deliver training on machine operation, safety, and production processes.


* Assess and coach team members to improve their skills.


* Operate and oversee production machines, ensuring smooth operation and performance.


* Perform periodic adjustments and calibration of equipment.


* Learn and contribute to Quality Assurance responsibilities.


* Adhere to the Zero Harm Protocol and report safety concerns.


* Participate in CBSQ and 5S initiatives.


* Complete other assigned duties and projects as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Education and Experience



* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).


* Previous experience as a Trainer, QC Backup, and completed at least six months as a Machine Tender.


* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Skills



* Basic verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.


* Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.77 - $26.83.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.00 to $17.00.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role.
