Key Responsibilities


* Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to deliver optimal care and guidance.


* Observe, interpret, and report patient symptoms to physicians promptly.


* Collaborate with physicians and nursing colleagues to create individualized care plans.


* Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, etc.) and maintain accurate patient charts.

Requirements


* Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
