Qualifications:


* Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude


* Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy


* Must have Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Prior SNF experience a plus
