Overnight Hotel Engineer

Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using an ohmmeter and logic controllers
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership on projects
- Perform residential painting as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain and fabricate parts
- Implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient tracking of maintenance activities

Skills
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems
- Ability to maintain and fabricate parts as needed
