Job Summary

UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission: "Through excellence in healthcare and compassionate service, we care for our community."

Practice Details


* Specialty specific intake and general call with a cohesive group of surgeons in a rapidly growing practice


* Call 1:5 (clinical)


* Built in referral base of 280 providers


* ED Call is once a week


* Division of UW Health


* Academic appointments available


* Competitive salary with RVU incentives

Education


* MD or DO - Required

License/Certifications


* Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required


* Active Illinois medical license - Required


* Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required


* Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
