Position Summary

Terrasmart is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift to oversee logistics and warehouse operations at our Selkirk, NY facility.

This role leads a team responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, yard organization, inventory control, and safety compliance to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse performance.

Salary

Range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.

What You'll Do


* Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.


* Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.


* Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.


* Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards.


* Oversee warehouse organization, recordkeeping, and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Bring


* Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.


* 5 years of logistics or warehouse experience, including 3 years in people leadership.


* Proficiency in Epicor or similar ERP systems, inventory control, and Microsoft Office.


* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
