J&J is recruiting for a Sr Property Analyst, Real Estate S&A (Strategy & Analytics) reporting to the Senior Manager Real Estate Strategy and to be based in the United Kingdom.

Job summary

The Sr Property Analyst, Real Estate S&A is responsible for transforming Property Data Strategy and Management, as well as overseeing Global Lease Administration.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for E&PS regarding all property information and compliance matters.

Supporting the Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics, this role aids in developing future reporting enhancements and ensuring accurate reporting across our property portfolio.

The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with senior and mid-level leadership and various functions within the organization.

Additionally, they must have the ability to interpret data and derive insights to identify opportunities for strategic analysis.

Key relationships include working closely with Real Estate Regional Leaders, the Finance team, Insights Analytics & Planning, Regional Strategic Planning Managers, Regional Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, Legal, Governmental Affairs, Taxation, Supply Chain Services, J&J Affiliates, and other E&PS colleagues to define and implement Property Data Management effectively.
