We're looking for a Counter Salesperson who thrives on great customer service, has strong product knowledge (or a willingness to learn!), and is motivated to help customers get exactly what they need - every time.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the face of our branch - greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and ensuring they leave with confidence and satisfaction.

You will:


* Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and order pickup.



* Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely, correct fulfillment.



* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.



* Provide reliable information on product specs, pricing, and availability.



* Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and well-stocked.



* Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to management.



* Assist with phone inquiries, warehouse stocking, and pulling orders.



* Handle returns and process transactions per company policy.



* Always follow safety protocols and complete required training.

What We're Looking For:


* 1+ year experience in customer service or counter sales (industry experience is a plus!)



* Friendly, dependable, and proactive with a customer-first attitude.



* Solid communication and listening skills.



* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



* Comfortable using basic math and computer systems for order processing.



* Willingness to learn about tools, materials, and warehouse operations.



* Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus!
