Your Job

We are seeking a highly collaborative, value-driven and talented individual to join the Molex data and insights capability as Analytics Solutions Manager focused on executing advanced analytics opportunities.

In this role you will work closely with our analytics and data teams and various cross-domain business partners to deliver solutions providing reliable data, analysis and connected insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on background in data analysis, data science models and deployment and understanding of common business domains.

The role will focus on planning, execution and delivery of data science, advanced analytics and AI solutions and continuous learning of new technology.

This role will require a mindset of excellence and sense of urgency to orchestrate efforts and motivate the team to address opportunities at speed and scale.

Experience with statistical Demand Forecasting is a preferred advantage.

What You Will Do



* Lead and inspire a team of data scientists and data analysts with diverse skillsets.

Foster collaboration and innovation within the team and ensure effective communication.


* Recommend statistical modeling concepts (regression, time series analysis, clustering, etc.) to large datasets to provide insights and solutions to business problems.


* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models, continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making adjustments as needed.

Keen attention to detail.


* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and AI, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies within the organization.


* Develop cross functional business acumen including areas such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.


* Employ strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities


* Utilize LEAN and Agile principles to manage data science projects, focusing on iterative development, rapid prototyping, and efficient resource allocation.


* Develop and maintain strong relationships with data and digital teams across the organization.


* Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
