? Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Day & Evening Shifts Available
? Pay: Competitive based on experience + shift differentials
? Location: Dublin Post Acute Care, 3550 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, OH 43016
Responsibilities


* Safely and accurately administer medications to residents under nurse supervision


* Document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition


* Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety


* Maintain medication cart and supplies in compliance with facility policies


* Work collaboratively with nurses, STNAs, and the care team to promote resident wellbeing

Qualifications


* Must have current Med Tech or Medication Aide certification in the state of Ohio


* Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate and dependable with strong attention to detail
