Marin Post Acute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead our nursing education and training efforts.

We're looking for a strong leader and mentor who can inspire staff, foster clinical excellence, and help build a positive, learning-focused culture.

What You'll Do


* Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.


* Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements.


* Lead CNA orientation and continuing education programs.


* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify training needs and improve clinical competencies.


* Mentor and motivate staff to uphold our standards of quality care and teamwork.

What We're Looking For


* Current California LVN or RN license (required).


* Active DSD certification (required).


* Strong leadership and communication skills.


* Skilled in organization, time management, and team development.


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
