The R&D Data Science & Digital Health, Real-World Evidence (RWE) team at J&J Innovative Medicine is dedicated to developing innovative evidence solutions and critical insights through diverse data sources, including RWD, trial data and emerging innovative data sources, to support clinical programs and regulatory decision-making.   We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives across therapeutic areas (xTA) within the R&D Data Science & Digital Health organization.

This role will be instrumental in advancing our enterprise-wide RWE capabilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation in evidence generation. 

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across R&D and commercial to shape the RWE ecosystem, influence regulatory policy, and elevate J&J’s scientific leadership internally and externally.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader passionate about transforming healthcare through data-driven insights.
