Job responsibilities


* Leads the design and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.


* Develops and maintain target business object models and assess impacts of future business architecture on application architectures


* Translates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive the firm's innovation and enable leaders to make strategic, well-informed decisions about target state architecture.


* Defines system and operational requirements for computing infrastructure, addressing inter-application dependencies and interfaces.


* Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies.


* Establishes and lead an architecture governance body to ensure best practices, standards, and guidelines are followed.


* Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improve velocity and quality of output across teams and functions.


* Mentors and develop junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.


* Presents complex technical concepts and architectural strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.


* Advises and leads strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience


* Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems.


* Deep expertise in cloud architectures and distributed systems.


* Strong understanding of security principles and data management.


* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
