Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking qualified professionals to consider for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS.

As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary focus will be supporting software applications and integrations related to plant operations, across various capabilities and groups at the plants.

You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and supporting solutions to meet Operations needs and objectives.

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing impactful solutions, and aligning them with the organization's strategies.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, data analytics, and software engineers, to ensure successful project execution.

Our Team

Our team supports the Operations capability of KAES, including fertilizer plants in the Midwest and Canada.

This role will report to the Operations BSA Leader and have the option to work a hybrid schedule from our Wichita, KS office.

What You Will Do



* Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with the organization's strategies and objectives


* Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements - ensuring these requirements align with business objectives and best practices


* Using strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with Operations teams to optimize processes, develop solutions, and support end users of the tools


* Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and understand upstream and downstream impacts of changes


* Conducting system testing and quality assurance to verify that solutions meet business needs


* Understanding and maintaining documentation for Operations solutions, including systems and integrations


* Ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget, aligning with broader business objectives


* Coordinating or providing training and support to end-users within the Operations capability

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Five (5+) or more years of professional business experience


* Three (3+) or more years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, detailed designs, OR functional specifications


* Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques, such as Design Thinking
