Your Mission:



* Review new patient records and create customized treatment plans


* Monitor patient progress virtually and guide onsite teams with precision


* Lead treatment completion and retention follow-ups

What You Bring



* DDS/DMD with orthodontic specialty certification


* Active Texas dental license in good standing


* Must reside in Texas and be fluent in Spanish to serve our diverse patient community


* Digital orthodontic expertise (Invisalign, OrthoCAD, etc.)


* Passion for collaboration and delivering cutting-edge patient care
