? What You'll Do

As an On-Call RN, you'll help ensure smooth and safe operations during the PM shift.

You'll provide oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff while delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:


* Supervising and coordinating daily nursing activities and assignments


* Providing hands-on clinical care and monitoring residents' well-being


* Communicating with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure the best outcomes


* Maintaining accurate documentation and following all regulatory guidelines


* Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards

Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) is a must for success in this role.
