The People Change and Transformation Lead will lead on all organisational change that impacts people, working closely with our VP transformation, People Lead-Growth and Head of People Operational Performance this role will manage and coordinate any organisational restructures, all people workstream for contract closure plans and contract mobilisation plans.

This role will act as a change agent, leading and supporting organisational change initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, guiding business leaders and teams through change with a focus on employee engagement, clear communication, and alignment to business goals.

Lead and integrate inclusion strategies into all HR initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture and ensure opportunities for all employees This role will build on and implement the blueprint for managing change, including TUPE in, TUPE out, consultations, redundancy, onboarding a new contract from startup and new contract with TUPE and recruitment requirements, while continually adapting to evolving business growth and transformation This role is the people link for all organisational change, ensuring we retain key skills required for future business growth.

This role will work with colleagues within the People function to identify people resource requirements to ensure there is support from the wider People Operational team to deliver the change programmes.

Specific Accountabilities:

1.

Change strategy • Work closely with the Transformation and Change team to support the design and people requirements on organisational change.

Contributing to the wider change agenda ensuring interdependencies have been considered • Have oversight of all people related change within Maximus UK to ensure the change is appropriately impacted, identifying any mitigation, risks and solutions

2.

Contract closures/transfers • As contracts come to a natural closure or transfer to other suppliers, develop clear plans to manage and consult with colleagues on contract closures/ transfers • Work with operational teams to manage the consultation process • Work with future suppliers in managing and transferring key people data

3.

Contract mobilisation • As we are successful in winning new contracts work with the growth team to develop the people mobilisation plans to successfully manage contract go lives • Understanding the organisation structures and working with the operational HR team to identify key talent to support the delivery of the contract • This will include coor...
