Job Description:

Role- Stratafix Specialist

Based out of- Chennai

Coverage- Based out of Chennai covering major accounts in Chennai, Vellore & Coimbatore market.

Role Description: Stratafix specialist should possess expertise in Product & Procedure knowledge related to all major surgical segments.

They should collaborate with account managers to identify newer opportunities and develop lead generation in major accounts of Chennai, Vellore & Coimbatore market.

In clinic scientific communication with surgeons, demonstrating product in OT, conducting high impact programs etc will be their key responsibilities.

Stratafix Specialist requires an extensive technical knowledge about SFX portfolio and should be able to penetrate this concept of advance wound closure technique to major specialties like GYN,GS, Orthopedics, Urology, Cardiac Specialty etc.

The position requires an in-depth knowledge of Anatomy, Procedural and Product knowledge .

Core responsibilities includes spreading the awareness and advantages of Ethicon’s unique barb sutures and differentiating it from other products available in the market.

To lead the region in conducting marketing campaigns collaborating with respective account managers.

Empowering team to conduct value-based MDA / Profed Programs for Stratafix portfolio and create high standards of engagement platform with Key Customers.

They should conduct regular meetings with team involving supervisors and GSM.

Market Development for Specialties like Uro, Onco and CV & Market penetration in Gynac, Ortho, GS etc should be the priority.
