We are searching for the best talent for a TA Scientific Expert Lead - position could be located in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia.

Purpose : The TA Scientific Expert Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and driving the direction for Evidence Dissemination and Medical Writing.

This role ensures alignment with broader organizational goals and fosters cross functional collaboration; supporting the development of clinical and scientific communication and contributing to the advancement of the company’s therapeutic portfolio.

Main responsibilities

•Lead and manage the teams responsible for Evidence Generation, Dissemination Strategy, and Medical Writing.

•Define and implement initiatives for the teams that align with the TA and business priorities.

•Ensure the "one voice" strategy is consistently reflected in all TA deliverables and channels through aligned, seamless omnichannel communication..

•Collaborate closely with IBVTs, CVTs, and other functional teams to align scientific activities for the TA.

•Maintain an in-depth understanding of the scientific and therapeutic landscape of the TA.

•Engage with internal and external stakeholders (KOLs, academic institutions, etc.) to support evidence dissemination and scientific exchange.

•Leverages clinical knowledge and expertise to direct the review and identification of emerging trends and scientific intelligence, relevant for therapeutic area strategic plan.
