Job Description:

核心职责:


* 业务统筹与渠道整合
+ 制定并推动大区超乳业务发展策略
+ 整合现有渠道资源,提升市场覆盖效率与协同效能


* 学术平台与生态圈建设
+ 搭建并运营超乳相关学术平台
+ 维护并拓展与KOL、医院、行业协会等生态圈伙伴的合作关系


* 团队专业能力建设支持
+ 赋能一线销售团队,提升其在超乳跟台、科室会等场景下的专业能力
+ 协助制定培训内容与实战支持机制

岗位要求:


* 教育背景:本科及以上学历。


* 行业经验:
+ 具备医疗器械、眼科、晶体或设备类产品的销售经验者优先
+ 有渠道管理、学术活动策划或生态圈合作经验者尤佳


* 能力素质:
+ 快速学习能力,能迅速掌握超乳相关产品与市场知识
+ 跨部门协作与影响力,能有效推动资源整合与项目落地
+ 生态圈建设能力,能建立并维护多方合作关系
+ 渠道管理与整合能力,具备策略制定与执行力
