We are searching for the best talent for Regional Transportation Innovative Medicine Co-Op to be in New Brunswick, NJ.


* The Co-op term is from January to July, 2026.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Transportation Co-op to join our Supply Chain team.

The co-op will work closely with the transportation team to support the coordination, planning, and execution of transportation operations across various regions.

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management within a leading healthcare company.

You will be responsible for:



* Assist in analyzing transportation data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.


* Support the planning and execution of transportation strategies for regional logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, inventory management, and distribution to streamline transportation processes.


* Participate in the development and implementation of transportation plans that align with business objectives.


* Help maintain communication with carriers and logistics providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
