We are searching for the best talent for a Customer Service Representative to be in Diegem, Belgium!

Purpose: The Customer Service Order Management team is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed correctly and are transmitted to our warehouse in a timely manner to meet the expected customer delivery date

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:


* Assess and process orders, determining whether they should be handled in-house or by external service providers, especially in complex cases involving product switches or pricing adjustments.


* Monitor and resolve order blocks, ensuring timely release of orders in the ERP system to meet customer delivery deadlines.


* Coordinate urgent and custom shipments by working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial teams, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure accurate and timely delivery.


* Act as a key internal contact, supporting Commercial and Supply Chain teams with non-standard orders and regulatory product holds.


* Manage data and reporting by following up on customer data changes, logging tickets, and creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.


* Support team operations and improvements by participating in meetings, leading or contributing to improvement initiatives, and serving as backup for the Team Lead when needed.

Finally, we would expect you to want to play a role in the wider J&J MedTech BeLux community in some of the various programmes we run – such as Credo activities, Supply Chain Week, Customer Engagement Surveys, DEI Forum or charity initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in relevant subject area.


* Highly customer focused.


* Strong teammate.


* Full proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English.
