The Manufacturing Engineering Manager oversees the technical aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production operations.

They lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:


* Supervise and mentor manufacturing engineers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development.


* Design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure safety standards.


* Defines and recommends engineering objectives; develops short- and long-range goals by participating with management in the decision process.


* Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, supply chain, and production teams to facilitate seamless operations.

Acts as resource and point of communication between engineering and other functions within the organization.


* Oversees/lead engineering projects related to new product introductions, equipment upgrades, and process validations, ensuring timely completion within budget.


* Stay updated with emerging manufacturing technologies and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:



* Bachelors Degree is required.
