Your Job

The Georgia-Pacific IT team is seeking technical interns to join our team, this upcoming Summer 202 6 in Atlanta, GA.

This will be a 12-week onsite internship opportunity that runs from late May to mid-August 202 6 .

What You Will Do

Our Internship Program may consist of the below roles:

Software Engineer Intern



* Configure systems to meet business requirements


* Create key system documentation


* Identify and implement software security measures

Data Engineer Intern


* Create data ingestion pipelines


* Provide data analysis and support


* Optimize performance of existing solutions

Cloud Engineer Intern


* Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructur e


* Support automation and scripting efforts


* Assist in deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications

Infrastructure Engineer Intern


* Monitor data analysis to inform planned spending


* Develop AI Agent s for support assistance


* Prototype solutions with new technologies to meet infrastructure gaps

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Enrolled in a college degree program or alternative program.

(e.g., 4-year university, 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)


* Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 202 8 .


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship after graduation .

What Will Put You Ahead


* Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 202 7 .


* Good knowledge of Full-stack development, .Net Core, C Sharp, JavaScript, CSS, Angular/React

* Good knowledge of software development using JavaScript or Typescript


* Knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, EKS, ECS, Lambda)


* Knowledge of Terraform


* Knowledge of Python language


* Knowledge of Linux servers and networking


* Strong knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
