The pharmaceutical industry is currently experiencing significant technological transformations, with a focus on patient needs and the quality of work.

The Execution Systems team at Johnson & Johnson develops and implements innovative process and logistics automation solutions, optimizing manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Within this team, we are looking for a motivated and technically minded engineer to support the design and implementation of automation systems within the plant.

This role combines experience in Operational Technology (OT) systems and engineering fundamentals with project management skills, considering the opportunities offered by new technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Robotics, etc.

On one hand, the engineer will handle collaboration with various departments, working together with them and suppliers to design new solutions.

On the other hand, support for continuous technological evolution is encouraged by seeking innovative solutions to progressively enhance process efficiency.

Collaboration with other functions and sites within the Johnson & Johnson group will also take place to embrace new initiatives and contribute to the definition of the group's strategic roadmap.
