J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Project Manager Engineering & Property Services based in Geel (Belgium).

At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings in Belgium providing services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management.

We have a profound influence on the entire J&J Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our important customers and patients.

The Project Manager is accountable for the performance of assigned projects on the Geel site, leading projects through our standard Project management standards FPX (Flawless Project Execution) and IDEA (ideation, definition, execution and assessment phases).

The major activities of the project manager are: driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, translate the need of our internal clients in a technical solution, using learning adoption internally and externally, coordinate and align a team of internal and external project members, ensure that our standards and agency regulations like FDA are followed.

The candidate will join the E&PS Project delivery team composed of 12 project and Construction Managers.

The best candidate for this role has experience of leading end to end capital projects.

They have good communication skills and knowledge of utilities, HVAC and E&I.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated industry is preferable.
