This is a remote role available in Danvers, MA.

Purpose: The Professional Education Manger, Speaker Bureau is responsible for the strategic development, governance and operational management of the company's speaker programs and bureau of speakers.

This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals (HCPs), internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant educational events that effectively communicate the benefits and appropriate use of the company's medical devices.

In addition to vendor and budget management, this role will provide regular data insights to senior management with impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management:


* Design and develop (in coordination with Marketing) a catalog of programs and speakers that align with the company's educational and marketing objectives.

Key emphasis on development and governance of speaker programs.


* Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver accurate and engaging presentations.


* Oversee the execution of company speaker programs.

Coordinate logistics for live and virtual events, including scheduling, venue selection, and material preparation.
