The Opportunity

The Head of Procurement Strategic Programs Execution is a leadership team role that sits within the Strategy & Solutions Chapter.

Our purpose is to guide strategic priorities, advance value delivery through solutions and digital excellence, govern compliance and drive sustainability to deliver continuous improvement and strengthen Global Procurement’s impact on the wider Roche organisation.

The Strategic Programs Execution team is dedicated to driving complex procurement-led programs that deliver high impact benefits for Roche and result in a step change in how we work with suppliers, use technology, partner with the business or collaborate with each other in Procurement. 

In partnership with Global Procurement and business teams, they accelerate and enhance the delivery of GP led strategic programs.

You’ll operate in a dynamic global environment, leading the Strategic Programs Execution team by providing vision, leadership, capability development, prioritisation of the initiative pipeline and ensuring successful program delivery.  


* You will lead, coach and guide a medium sized team of Strategic Programs Managers ensuring the best allocation of your people to ensure flexibility, talent development, and excellence in execution, outcomes delivery, and performance.



* You utilise in depth knowledge and expertise in Procurement-led productivity, optimisation and change programs to provide thought leadership, advice, and know-how on relevant capability topics, strategies, and best practices.
