IT Specialist

We are seeking an IT Specialist for the Service Delivery Department.

The IT Specialist position is part of a collaborative IT team that works closely to support the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

The IT Specialist is expected to contribute to team initiatives, share knowledge, and help develop and document repeatable processes that align with Credit Human’s policies and service standards.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with a strong technical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Highlights:


* Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents using available tools, documentation, and technical expertise, with a focus on minimizing user impact.


* Acting as the primary point of contact for end-user service requests related to hardware, software, access, and peripheral needs.


* Protecting sensitive and confidential information in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience:

    Required


* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support or a related field.


* Experience supporting desktop systems to include desktop hardware, software, telephony, and access permissions

    Preferred


* Experience working with 3rd party vendor support.


* Experience in a technically diverse desktop systems support environment.

Education:

    Required


* 30+ college credits

    Preferred


* Associate Degree

Licenses & Certifications:

    Required


* CompTIA A+

    Preferred


* ITIL v4 Foundation


* CompTIA Network+


* CompTIA Security+

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


* Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, service desk staff, peers, and management


* Application and hardware troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, strong customer service.


* Strong organizational skills


* Strong verbal skills


* Collaborative team player.


* Able to provide training and feedback to team members


* Network Printers


* M365 Applications


* Virtual Private Network (VPN)


* ITSM Incident management

    Preferred


* Experience with Ring Central


* Experience with ServiceNow


* Financial services industry experience preferred


* Knowledge of Zoho ManageEngine suite of products (AD Manager & Endpoint Central)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm 

Salary:  $57,761 Annually

Flexibility:  In office, on site; not remote or hybrid

Level of Work: 2A
