Key Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:



* Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for assets in the Continuous Manufacturing Environment (CME) and Final Processing areas to ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability.


* Implement strategies to achieve performance targets and improve overall asset utilization.

Budget Management:



* Oversee and manage a repairs and maintenance budget of $2.0 million, ensuring expenditures align with operational goals and constraints.


* Conduct regular budget reviews to identify variances and propose adjustments as necessary.

Manufacturing Equipment Reliability:



* Establish and maintain reliability and maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and prolong asset life.


* Develop and implement maintenance strategies and practices that support reliability objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:



* Supervise and manage a team of 41 production equipment technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to maintenance protocols.


* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among all team members.

Process Improvement:



* Continuously evaluate maintenance processes and workflows for efficiency gains and best practices through data-driven analysis and feedback.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that support organizational goals.

Reporting and Documentation:



* Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and budget management to senior management.


* Ensure thorough documentation of maintenance activities, procedures, and compliance with industry standards.
