We are currently recruiting for a Data & Process Governance Lead to be located in West Chester, PA or New Brunswick, NJ.

Position Summary

The Data & Process Governance Lead will be responsible for overseeing data quality initiatives, managing data governance processes, and ensuring the integrity of data throughout the organization.

This role will require a proactive approach to identify and resolve data quality issues while collaborating with various departments to enhance data workflows.

This position will play a key role in utilizing new and evolving solutions aimed at improving data quality related to forecasts, orders, master data, and helping drive service and cash flow targets.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.


* Monitor, assess, and improve data quality metrics on an ongoing basis.


* Lead data validation and cleansing efforts utilizing SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.


* Collaborate with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to establish data process and governance frameworks.


* Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality processes.


* Provide training and support to team members on data quality tools and best practices.


* Create and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and findings.


* Generate reports and visualize data quality trends using Tableau.
